Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at support@syrupcosmetics.com with your order number.
2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.
