Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $50.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Typical delivery times range from 7-21 business days depending on the destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@syrupcosmetics.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
